Minimum of 10 characters long and contain at
least three of
the following character classes:
Uppercase letters (A, B, C, and so on)
Lowercase letters (a, b, c, and so on)
Numbers (0, 1, 2, and so on)
Non-alphanumeric characters (#, &, ~, and so on)
The password cannot contain the user’s name, UserID or any form of their full name.
The password cannot consist of a single complete dictionary word, but can include a passphrase. (

The password must be significantly different from the previous twelve passwords. Passwords that increment (Password1, Password2, Password3 ...) are not considered significantly different.
