Use this page to reset your office domain account password. This requires a SMS-capable cell phone number on file with HR.

Your new password has to follow the rules below:
  1. Minimum of 10 characters long and contain at least three of the following character classes:
    • Uppercase letters (A, B, C, and so on)
    • Lowercase letters (a, b, c, and so on)
    • Numbers (0, 1, 2, and so on)
    • Non-alphanumeric characters (#, &, ~, and so on)
  2. The password cannot contain the user’s name, UserID or any form of their full name.
  3. The password cannot consist of a single complete dictionary word, but can include a passphrase. (CORRECT: Iloveworking@OC! or I.T.aremyfriends! or Mydoghasfleas! INCORRECT: Attention)
  4. The password must be significantly different from the previous twelve passwords. Passwords that increment (Password1, Password2, Password3 ...) are not considered significantly different.
